With over 18 years of experience in creative learning and working with young people, Jean-Marc is a visionary in People Growth and a seasoned Educational Specialist specialising in adult and corporate learning.
Jean-Marc's practical insights stem from consultation and collaboration with local and overseas organisations, including The Evolution Group, local schools and arts schools, FreeHour, SideStreet, ŻiguŻajg, Spazju Kreattiv, Arts Council Malta, The Barn Theatre, The Pro Clinic, and more. His insights into various sectors and his work with youth, learners and leaders have nurtured a passion to foster impactful change and lasting connections, and to champion a growth mindset across industries.
His academic background equips Jean-Marc to bridge academia and research, current realities, and modern workforce dynamics. When not working with leaders, Jean-Marc can be found directing theatre pieces or championing the Inner Development Goals in local communities.
